Yosemite Engagement Photos | California Photographer

This Yosemite engagement session was so dreamy!! Lilly and Tagg are the sweetest, down to earth, and adventurous couple. It was such a blast being able to capture this session for them!!

Lily and Tagg wanted to have their engagement photos taken at Taft Point!! They were so down for anything and this made me so excited to be able to be the one that they trusted to take their engagement photos at the YOSEMITE.

Things to know before visiting Yosemite National Park

  1. Plan Ahead- whether that’s ceremony permits, photo permits, reservations, lodging reservations, etc!
  2. Practice leave no trace! Don’t go off trail, approach wildlife, use confetti, etc.
  3. Remember that you will have to be patient! So many people visit Yosemite every year (especially Yosemite Valley and Taft Point).
  4. Make a plan before hand if you’re meeting people make sure they know where exactly to meet you ahead of time. Don’t be surprised that you can’t/ won’t receive any calls, texts, or messages while in the park.
  5. Try to visit early at sunrise or later at sunset to avoid peak hours, traffic, and crazy busy crowds. Especially April – October!
  6. Remember to have fun! Here are some tips for a fun visit.
