This Green Bay wedding at The Marq was so dreamy! Besides the fact the the mosquitoes wouldn’t stop making an appearance, this was such a gorgeous August wedding day in Wisconsin.
I love being able to get creative with detail photos!! I’ve found this new obsession with just finding the weirdest spots to hang the shoes when I have time. It’s honestly just so fun and makes galleries that much more creative and unique.
I’m a huge believer that your getting ready space is so important. The getting ready space is your backdrop for all your detail photos, getting ready with your girls photos, popping champagne photos, putting on your dress photos, etc. You want this space to have lots of windows, lots of room, and a pretty backdrop. But in the rare case your getting ready space is not like this, I am a creative person so I can create magic anywhere if needed, so don’t worry, I got you!
Lexy did four first looks! One with her bridesmaids, one with her dad, one with her step dad, and one with her grandpa. They were all so sweet and special!!
We had a little bit of a tight timeline, but Lexy and Jack wanted the first time they saw each other to be when she was walking down the aisle so we did bridesmaid and groomsmen photos before the ceremony to save us time after ceremony!
Lexy and Jack added on a second photographer to their wedding package. Adding on a second photographer helps the day run more smoothly. While I’m capturing the girls getting ready photos, they capture the guys getting ready photos. While I’m capturing bridesmaids photos, they capture groomsmen photos. Having a second photographer also helps with things running more on time, calling and helping out with family photos, capturing different and unique angle throughout the ceremony, capturing the back of the dress as you walk down the aisle, capturing close up shots and fun, creative, or blurry shots while I take regular must have shots, capturing cocktail hour while I capture wedding party and couples portraits, and so much more!
Always love when my clients bring their dogs to their wedding or session!!
Lexy and Jack are seriously such a photogenic couple!!
We snuck out for sunset photos and it was so worth it!! Even though there was tons of mosquitoes out, the photos were definitely worth it!!
